  1. SPONSOR
    This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Earth’s Healing, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 2075 E. Benson Highway, Tucson, Arizona 85714.
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    Open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Promotion is void outside Arizona and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Earth’s Healing, Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses and household members, whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these Official Rules.
  3. PROMOTION PERIOD
    The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Arizona Time on November 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Arizona Time on November 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period are void.
  4. HOW TO ENTER
    (A) Points-Based Entry (Purchase Method): Eligible participants who are members of the Sponsor’s loyalty program may redeem loyalty points for sweepstakes entries using the Sponsor’s mobile app or in-store system. Each 500 loyalty points redeemed equals one (1) entry into the drawing. There is no limit on the number of entries a participant may obtain through this method. Points are earned by making qualifying purchases in accordance with the loyalty program’s existing terms and conditions. Redeemed points are nonrefundable and will not be returned.
    (B) Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry or “AMOE”): To enter without redeeming points or making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard no larger than 4″ × 6″ including your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words “TV Giveaway Entry” to:

    Each properly completed postcard will count as one (1) entry into the drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Bulk shipments or entries submitted in envelopes containing multiple postcards will not be accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2025 and received by December 5, 2025. No purchase is required to participate.
    (C) Entry Conditions: All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, lost, misdirected, or contain false information are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
  5. PRIZE
    One (1) winner will receive one (1) TCL 75″ Class – Q77K Series – 4K UHD QLED Smart TV (Approximate Retail Value: $549.00). Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
    The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about December 6, 2025, using a random number generator tool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period from all entry methods combined.
  7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
    The potential winner will be notified by phone or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant, at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may require completion of an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where lawful) as a condition of receiving the prize.
  8. TAXES
    All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and may result in disqualification.
  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Earth’s Healing, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, injuries, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable entries; errors in printing, posting, or other materials; or technical, network, or equipment malfunctions.
  11. PUBLICITY
    Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.
  12. PRIVACY POLICY
    Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://earthshealing.org/privacy-policy/.
  13. GOVERNING LAW
    This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
  14. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
    The winner’s name may be posted in-store or on Sponsor’s social media after verification.
