We deliver to private residences and approved locations, including:

Homes: Houses, apartments, and condos.
Residential Complexes: Delivery to your building entrance or designated area.
Hotels: Delivery to hotel lobbies or concierge desks where permitted.
Private Offices: Offices that are not open to the public.

Note: Arizona state regulations prohibit delivery to schools, public buildings, and federal property.

You’ll receive notifications throughout the process, including:

1. Order confirmation via email or text.
2. Updates when your order is being prepared.
3. Alerts when your order is en route.
4. A final notification when the driver is approaching your location.

Yes! Tipping is always appreciated and can be added:

– During payment using AeroPay.
– In cash at the time of delivery.

If you miss your delivery:

– Our team will notify you via text.
– We’ll attempt to reschedule within delivery hours.

If same-day rescheduling isn’t possible, your order will be returned, and you can place a new one at your convenience.
